How to Request a Refund

Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product. Please do not send the product back without an RA number, as it may not be accepted.
Step 3: Ship the Product
Carefully pack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Barenutty is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Processing Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account statement, depending on your payment provider.
